Arkansas couple Matthew and Sarah McGrath claimed the HGTV stars' companies, Marrs Construction and Jupiter Rentals, failed to complete upgrades to their home, leading to an alleged breach of contract and warranty. They claimed both companies worked on the home, according to the original complaint filed in 2023.

Two years after it was filed, a lawsuit against Jenny Marrs and Dave Marrs of HGTV fame has been settled. The timing could not be better for the couple.
