Lee Unkrich, the director of Disney Pixar's 'Coco,' has paid tribute to Abuelita actress Renée Victor, who died on May 30, at the age of 86.

Renée Victor, best known for voicing the strict but loving grandmother in the Pixar film “Coco,” died on Friday night at her home in Sherman Oaks, Calif. She was 86. The cause was lymphoma, a representative for her confirmed on Sunday.

Victor appeared in 22 episodes of “Weeds” as sassy housekeeper Lupita between 2005 and 2012, among many other TV credits including “ER,” “Matlock” and “The Addams Family.”
