Sidney Crosby and Alex Ovechkin put on a show in the regular-season finale on Thursday night, showcasing their greatness in the Pittsburgh Penguins' 5-2 win over the Washington Capitals. Ovechkin finished his record-breaking season by netting his 897th career goal in the second period.

The Capital added in second post, "Ovechkin’s 43 goals in 80 career games vs. the Penguins are the most among active players and the sixth most all-time. Twenty-six of his 43 goals (60.5%) against Pittsburgh have come on the road."
