US' Orlando Police Department said after recovering diamond earrings from the Florida man, it took them back to Tiffany & Co where they were cleaned

After the jewelry was recovered, the Texas man was taken to the Orange County Jail where he faces charges of robbery with a mask and first-degree grand theft.

The police in Orlando, Fla., said that a suspect spent time in a hospital while they waited for the stolen jewels to be “expelled from his system.”
