Leeds United's preparations for their return to the Premier League are ramping up, with the club moving closer to AC Milan's Noah Okafor.

Eyong, who scored for Villarreal in their opening La Liga game of the season over the weekend, is considered to be one of the top young forward talents in Spain.

The Whites have looked to strengthen right across the pitch. They have brought in a new goalkeeper in Lucas Perri, three new defenders, including Jaka Bijol, two midfielders, with one of those Newcastle United academy graduate, Sean Longstaff, and a new centre-forward, Lukas Nmecha, on a free transfer.

If a recent report from The Athletic is believed to be true, Leeds United are weighing up a summer move for Noah Okafor. Club-to-club talks have yet to begin for the AC Milan forward, and the Serie A giants have already rejected an offer of around €15m from Bologna, setting their asking price at up to €20m, if Calciomercato is to be believed.
