Former NFL star J.J. Watt cautioned against reporters and fans taking too much stock in training camp stats on Thursday morning. That is wise advice for those checking in on Aaron Rodgers's first training camp practice with the Steelers.

Rodgers' interception was an underthrow in traffic on the left side of the field that was snatched by Queen, who undercut Metcalf's route. Shortly after that, Rodgers had a pass batted to the ground by defensive tackle Cameron Heyward. Rodgers then completed his first pass of the day, a short, underneath throw to Scotty Miller.

Following Thursday’s practice, Rodgers was asked if he believes Pittsburgh has a team built to make a Super Bowl run. He acknowledged that every team in the NFL is optimistic at this point in the offseason, but he genuinely believes this Steelers team can be special.
