UH, Texas and Texas A&M will be all-in in the new financial order of college athletics. A federal judge on Friday signed off on the House vs. NCAA settlement, an agreement that permits schools to directly pay college athletes for the first time.

Division I athletes now have the option under a new revenue sharing provision to receive up to $20 million in direct payment from their schools.
