The bus driving IU Indy men's basketball players and its staff back to Indianapolis on Sunday caught fire and burned down on the side of the interstate in Kent, Indiana, the school said Sunday evening.

The Jaguars have a first-year coach and are off to their best season since before COVID-19. But their grateful to be alive after their bus caught on fire.

A bus carrying the IU Indianapolis men’s basketball team caught fire along Interstate 275 on Sunday evening as the Jaguars were traveling home from a game at Northern Kentucky earlier in the day. "[The fire] quickly spread,
