Viktor Gyokeres could make his Arsenal debut when the Gunners take on Tottenham on Thursday. Gyokeres completed his move to Arsenal last weekend, arriving from Sporting as part of a deal that could eventually be worth over £60million. The striker has joined Arsenal on their pre-season tour of Asia and he is being assessed by medical staff.

Arsenal's new £63m signing Viktor Gyokeres is going to attend Arsenal's pre-season friendly with Newcastle on Sunday. Gyokeres will be in the National Stadium in Singapore to watch his new team-mates play their second friendly match of the tour.

Gyokeres returns to England with a significantly higher profile after his first arrival. He joined Brighton & Hove Albion aged 19 in 2018 from Swedish side Brommapojkarna, but only made a handful of cup appearances.
