LAFAYETTE — A driver killed Saturday morning when his car crashed into some trees off Highway 24 was identified by the coroner’s office on Monday as 39-year-old Peter Yugai, of Walnut Creek. The crash happened about 4:15 a.m. Saturday on eastbound Highway 24 just west of Pleasant Hill Road.
