There were numerous tornado reports in Minnesota and western Wisconsin during Thursday's severe weather outbreak, and strong winds after the storms passed have left more than 10,000 Minnesota residents without power.

The system that sparked alerts in Minneapolis has now reportedly produced a tornado in western Wisconsin. The NWS says there have been several reports of a tornado between Hammond and New Richmond, just across the Wisconsin border.
