Hello, the price is the same whatever the type of bicycles. They have standard bies which I will call unisex - somewhere between step in bicycles and men’s bicycles. They are single-speed bicycles. They were in excellent repair. Many had baskets. Helmets are supplied if you request them. They had one adult trike. It did not seem to be in good repair. I tried it out before we set off. It did not steer well, nor brake well. The staff were very helpful, very pleasant with cheerfully given advice about road types, feasibility for time, etc.

Grand Turk Diving will very likely (please confirm with them) pick you up on the beach very close to the cruise ship dock. Also, there are probably hundreds of chairs and umbrellas in the same immediate beach area, free of charge to cruise passengers. I would recommend you leave the ship before most of the passengers do, but you don't need to be in the very front of the line, either. The chairs and umbrellas will probably eventually be taken up, but many passengers head for the pool(s) which are further inland but still very close. Everything you want to do, it sounds like, will be in close proximity to the ship. The restaurant there (Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville) is pretty good also.
