Daily but as was mentioned above there are special events throughout the year. As mentioned above it's worth looking up their calendar online

Yes they do, English is the dominant language there. As for the cost I suggest using their website.

We were there for a few hours... I'd say give yourself at least 1.5-2 hours and you could definitely spend more time as there is so much to see! An afternoon or morning would work! Enjoy!

Yes it is opened all year but the services and times they have are different. The site is not staffed fully, so it is not as interpretive as it is during the summer. There is more looking, reading and talking to very informative but skeleton staff. Check their website, lots of info there. They do have lots of special events like; Halloween, New Years, winter carnival, etc... Lots of school tours during the school year as well.
